Complete 99 hours of approved Pre-Licensing education

Next, complete 99 hours of pre-licensing education. The education must come from an approved Delaware Real Estate Commission provider. Once you complete all course materials and meet the minimum time requirement, you need to pass the course final exam. The minimum passing score is 80% to move forward in becoming a licensed real estate agent.

Century 21 University is a comprehensive platform that provides both in-person and online learning. Our courses are designed to transform skills, knowledge, and habits. We offer free and affordable learning options focused on helping you defy mediocrity and deliver extraordinary experiences.

Pass the Delaware real estate exam

Study up! Every licensed real estate agent in Delaware must take this exam. The 130-question test is comprised of two portions, covering both state and national requirements. There is no limit to the number of retakes.

Select a broker to sponsor you

A licensed broker will agree to be your broker of record. Then, the broker will complete the real estate employment section of your license application. Consider the reputation of the brokerage and resources. What will it be able to provide you? Remember, their credentials and resources will become yours.

Century 21 offers more than the basics of a brokerage. With more brand awareness and experience than almost any other real estate brand, you will be in great hands working for Century 21 as a licensed real estate agent.
